What Data Does Noxvra Store?

When a patient contacts your clinic through Noxvra, we process and retain only the information reasonably necessary to provide the communication and enquiry automation service.

This may include:

✓Contact information — such as the patient's name and WhatsApp phone number or other messaging identifier
✓Enquiry details — such as the service they are interested in, appointment preferences, and booking-related information
✓Conversation information — messages and relevant conversation context needed to respond to enquiries and maintain the communication flow
✓Clinic-provided information — such as services, FAQs, operating hours, booking information, and other information used to configure the AI assistant

What Noxvra Is Not Designed to Store

Noxvra is not designed to collect or require:

✗Medical histories or diagnoses
✗Treatment records or prescriptions
✗Payment or insurance information
✗Passwords or login credentials
✗Data from your clinic management or medical-record systems, unless specifically connected and agreed as part of the service

Noxvra applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. Where third-party platforms or service providers are used to deliver the service, data may be processed by those providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Noxvra does not sell patient personal data or use it for independent advertising or marketing purposes.
